Developer Terms
Last updated 15 October 2026
1. These terms
These terms are an agreement between Xuefei Tao ("Jussora", "we", "us") and you, the developer, and the organisation you act for if you sign up for one. They apply when you create a developer account or an agent, or use Jussora's API: API keys, connection links, the connection status, and the gateway at /mcp. Our Terms of Service apply as well. Where the two differ, these terms prevail for your use as a developer.
2. Words used here
- Agent: a program you build that calls tools through Jussora.
- Person: someone who connects their own accounts to Jussora and accepts your agent. They are usually your customer.
- Provider: a service whose account a person connects, such as GitHub, Gmail or Notion.
- Result: anything your agent receives through Jussora about a person: what a provider returned to a call your agent made, a person's answer to your agent's question, and the status of their requests and connection.
- Name: the identifier you give Jussora for a person, in a connection link and in the
Jussora-Accountheader. - Google user data: any result that came from a Google API, such as Gmail or Google Calendar.
3. Your account and keys
Keep each agent's API key secret and on your servers. Never put it in an app, a web page or a public repository. If a key may have leaked, regenerate it in the console at once. The old key stops working the moment you do. You are responsible for everything done with your keys and your account.
4. Inviting people
Show a connection link only to the person it names, inside your own app, after they have signed in to it. Never email it, text it, or send it anywhere else. Whoever opens a link can tie your name for that person to their own Jussora account.
Give each person a name that is stable and that you control. It may be an email address, but put no secret and no more personal data in it than you need. Describe your agent truthfully. Its name and description are shown to every person you invite. Never ask a person for their provider credentials or their Jussora sign-in.
5. Respecting what people decide
Each person decides, tool by tool, what your agent may do. Do not try to get around a refusal, for example by reaching the same account another way under the cover of Jussora. Do not flood a person with requests, or word a call to mislead them about what it does.
When your agent asks a person a question through Jussora, never ask for a password, an API key, payment details or any other secret, and never pretend to be Jussora or a provider.
6. Data your agent receives
You are responsible for what your agent does with every result it receives, and for following the laws that apply to it. You must protect personal data your agent receives through Jussora at least as well as Jussora's Privacy Policy describes. Google user data also follows section 7.
7. Google user data
Jussora reaches Gmail and Google Calendar under Google's rules, and those rules follow the data to your agent. They apply to Google user data and to every copy you make of it.
You must comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy and the Google Workspace user data and developer policy, including the Limited Use requirements, as if you had received the data from Google yourself. Use it only to provide or improve features of your app that the person uses and that are visible and prominent in it. Transfer it only to provide or improve those features with the person's consent, for security, to comply with the law, or in a merger or sale with the person's explicit prior consent.
Do not let people read it, unless the person agrees to it for specific messages or data, it is needed for security, the law requires it, or it is aggregated and used for your internal operations as the law allows. Do not sell it, or transfer it to advertising platforms, data brokers or information resellers, and do not use it to serve advertising or to decide on credit or lending. Do not use or transfer it to create, train or improve a machine learning or artificial intelligence model beyond a model personal to that person for a feature they use. This includes sending it to an AI model provider that would train on it.
Make sure your employees, agents, contractors and successors follow these rules. If your app shows Google user data, publish your own statement that your use of it adheres to those policies, including the Limited Use requirements. Answer any question Google or we ask about how you use it, and take part in any review or security assessment Google requires. We may stop your agent's access to Google tools at once if Google requires it, or if we believe you have broken these rules.
8. Providers' terms
Follow each provider's terms as they apply to how you use its data. A provider may limit or end what Jussora can reach, and we may stop offering a provider to your agent when its terms or its review require it.
9. Security and incidents
If Google user data your agent received through Jussora may have been reached by someone who should not have it, tell us at security@jussora.com, help us look into it, and make no public statement about it until we have told Google, as Google requires. To report a weakness in Jussora itself, write to security@jussora.com.
10. What is not allowed
Do not use Jussora:
- to break the law, or to harm, deceive or spy on anyone;
- for an app meant for people under 13;
- to get around its limits, or to resell access to its API;
- to test, probe or attack its security, or to copy it to build a competing service.
11. Fees
Jussora charges developers nothing today.
12. Suspension and ending
We may suspend an agent's key, archive an agent, or close your developer account, for example if you break these terms, if the law or a provider requires it, or to protect people, a provider or Jussora.
You can delete your developer account at any time from the console's Account page. Your keys and links are deleted, every person's connection to your agents ends, and each agent is deleted, or kept without an owner where a person's history names it.
Sections 6, 7, 9 and 13 continue after these terms end, for as long as you hold any result.
13. Disclaimers, liability and indemnity
Jussora is provided "as is" and "as available", without any promise that it will be free of errors or interruptions, or that a provider will accept or carry out a call, as far as the law allows.
As far as the law allows, neither of us is liable to the other for indirect or consequential loss, or loss of profits, revenue or data, and Jussora's total liability to you for any claim about Jussora is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and US$100. These limits do not apply to your duties under sections 6 and 7, to your indemnity below, or to liability the law does not allow to be limited.
You will defend and indemnify Jussora against any claim by a person, a provider or an authority that arises from your agent, from what you do with results, or from your breaking these terms.
14. Changes, law and contact
We may change these terms by posting a new version here with a new date. Using Jussora after a change is posted means you accept it. These terms are governed bythe laws of the State of California, and disputes go to the state and federal courts in California.
