Terms of Service
Last updated 15 October 2026
1. These terms
These terms are an agreement between you and Xuefei Tao ("Jussora", "we", "us"). They apply when you create a Jussora account or use Jussora's website, web app, iPhone app or API. Our Privacy Policy says how we handle your data. If you build agents, our Developer Terms apply as well.
If you do not agree to these terms, do not use Jussora.
2. What Jussora is
Jussora lets you connect accounts you hold with other services, called providers, such as GitHub, Gmail or Notion, and decide what AI agents may do with them. For each agent and each tool you choose allow, ask or block. When an agent calls a tool, Jussora places the call with the provider itself if you allowed it, asks you first if you chose ask, and refuses it otherwise. It records every call.
Agents are not Jussora's. An agent is built and run by its developer, which may be another company, or is a program you run yourself. Its developer's own terms govern the agent.
3. Your account
You must be at least 13 years old to use Jussora. Give us an email address you control, and keep your sign-in to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
If you think someone else has used your account, tell us at security@jussora.com, and remove any agent or provider you do not recognise in Settings.
4. Connecting providers
Connect only accounts you are allowed to connect. If an account belongs to your employer or someone else, make sure they allow it.
When you connect a provider, you authorise Jussora to hold the access the provider grants and to use it as your choices direct: to place the calls you allowed or approved, to read which tools the account has, and to keep the connection working.
You remain bound by each provider's own terms. A provider may change, limit or withdraw its tools or its access at any time, and Jussora cannot prevent it. Jussora is not affiliated with or endorsed by any provider. Their names are their trademarks.
5. Agents and your choices
You decide what each agent may do. Allow lets an agent use a tool as often as it likes without asking you. Choose it only for tools whose every use you are comfortable with.
Jussora places a call as the agent sent it. It shows you a call it asks about exactly as it will be sent, and it does not judge whether a call is wise, correct or what you meant. A call that is placed can have effects in your account, such as an email sent or an event changed, that Jussora cannot undo.
A request does not expire. If you approve a request days after it was made, the call is placed then.
An agent receives what its calls return. Whoever runs the agent decides what happens to it next, under their own terms. Our Developer Terms limit what developers may do, but we cannot control an agent once it has a result.
Questions from agents. An agent may ask you a question through Jussora. Your answer goes to the agent. Do not give a password, an API key or payment details in an answer.
You can change your choices, remove an agent, or disconnect a provider at any time in Settings. A change applies to calls made after it, and to requests still waiting for you.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use Jussora to:
- break the law, or help anyone else break it;
- reach an account or data you are not allowed to reach;
- send spam, or harass, defraud or harm anyone;
- break a provider's terms;
- test, probe or attack Jussora's security;
- overload Jussora, or get around its limits;
- copy, resell or offer Jussora as a service of your own.
7. Your data
You give Jussora permission to store, send and process what you and your providers put through it, to provide Jussora to you, as our Privacy Policy describes. If you send us suggestions, we may use them without owing you anything.
8. The service
Jussora is free to use today. We may add, change or remove features and providers. We do not promise that Jussora will always be available, and we do not control the providers it reaches.
9. Ending
You can delete your account at any time, in Settings. It takes effect at once, and what happens to your data is set out in our Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or close your account, for example if you break these terms, if the law requires it, or to protect you, other people, a provider or Jussora.
10. Disclaimers
Jussora is provided "as is" and "as available". As far as the law allows, we make no promise that it will be free of errors or interruptions, that a provider will accept or carry out a call, or about what any agent does. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have as a consumer that the law says cannot be taken away.
11. Liability
As far as the law allows, Jussora is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits or data, or for what an agent, its developer or a provider does. Our total liability to you for any claim about Jussora is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and US$100.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
12. The iPhone app
If you use the Jussora app from Apple's App Store, this section also applies. These terms are between you and Jussora, not Apple. Jussora, not Apple, is responsible for the app and its content, and for any maintenance and support. You may use the app on Apple devices you own or control, as the App Store's terms allow.
If the app fails to meet a warranty that applies, you may tell Apple, and Apple will refund any price you paid for it. Apple has no other warranty obligation for the app, as far as the law allows. Jussora, not Apple, handles any claim about the app, including product liability claims, claims that it fails a legal or regulatory requirement, consumer protection claims, and claims that it infringes someone's intellectual property.
You confirm you are not in a country subject to a US government embargo or named as a terrorist-supporting country, and you are not on a US government list of prohibited or restricted parties. You must follow any third-party terms that apply when you use the app. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
13. Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and disputes go to the state and federal courts in California.
Before starting a claim, please write to us at support@jussora.com so we can try to resolve it.
14. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms by posting a new version here with a new date. Using Jussora after a change is posted means you accept it. If you do not agree, stop using Jussora and delete your account.
15. General
These terms, with the Privacy Policy, are the whole agreement between us about Jussora. If a court finds part of them unenforceable, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a term straight away, we can still enforce it later.
You may not transfer these terms to someone else. We may transfer them to a company that takes over Jussora. We may send you notices about these terms by email.
16. Contact
